With over 20 years experience in fortune 500 company as Business Development Manager and 5 years as Business Sale Specialist, Mr. Khan helps our clients buy and sell businesses every day. As an owner and seller of several businesses himself, Mr. Khan understands the ins and outs of owning and selling a small business. He understands that the task of buying or selling a business can be overwhelming without proper guidance and skills. Over the years, Mr. Khan has helped many companies around the world with operations, strategy development, and implementation including the buying and selling process ensuring our client’s confidentiality every step of the way. Whether a business owner wants to pass to family, existing management, or to sell to an outside party, Mr. Khan can assist in creating a clear succession and/or exit plan to realize the full value of their business. Mr. Khan is comfortable in dealing with professionals across a range of different disciplines and has an impressive depth of experience in commercial business transactions, including the sale and acquisition of business ventures.
